## Reproduce steps
apport-bug/ubuntu-bug a .crash file that is not readable by you
## Current behavior
A window popped out with "Permission denied" as error message.
## Expected behavior
A much descriptive error like:
* Cannot access the crash file: Permission denied.
* Cannot access the crash file: Permission denied. Crash file can only be accessed by the generating user or administrator because it may contain confidential data. (better)
