Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  Choosing an RTL language (I picked Hebrew) on Kubuntu installation,
  the tabs for installation steps are appearing in reverse for RTL
  languages.

  In 'tabs for installation steps' I mean the "Language", "Time Zone"
  etc.
