Bug description:
  mozc-utils-gui is removed from live image and will be dropped to
  universe.

  To install mozc-utils-gui on installed environment,
  could you set "im:ja:ibus:mozc-utils-gui" and "im:ja:fcitx:mozc-utils-gui"?
