[Bug 1759176] [NEW] autopkgtest fail with unsatisfiable dependencies

Public bug reported:

Broken autopkgtest-satdep:amd64 Depends on python3.6-2to3:amd64 < none @un H >
  Removing autopkgtest-satdep:amd64 because I can't find python3.6-2to3:amd64

If python3.6-2to3 does not exist, maybe the autopkgtest should not depend on it?

This issue prevent me from testing python3.6 against openssl 1.1.1 pre3

** Affects: python3.6 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Tags: tls1.3
