I was dual booting ubuntu with windows 7, i can no longer boot into
windows either due to grub failing, if anyone has advice i would
appreciate it greatly

Bug description:
During bionic beaver installation i received a notice that grub2 had
failed to install and that the os would be unable to boot, i closed
the message and then got another message saying the installation
crashed. if i reboot the computer it loads grub rescue command line.
