Your Windows is installed in bios mode, but your installer booted in EFI
mode. To get a dualboot, you have to start the installer in bios
(legacy, CSM) mode.

Bug description:
I was trying to install ubuntu 16.04 alongside windows. I created one
ext4 partition for '/' and one partition for swap. Everything was fine
until grub installation which failed and I got an error saying 'Grub
installation failed and the installed system won't boot'.
