Again, none of these are shown by default, you are not using the default
priority for the installer?
Please note, installing with lower than default priority is not
recommended for any users.
Please always attach the installer logs - either
a) file bug reports using ubuntu-bug from the installed system
b) attach /var/log/installer/* from the installed system
c) attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman from the d-i environment
(you may want to use included shell to extract those, and e.g. $ anna-
install openssh-client-udeb, might be useful to scp files from the d-i
environment)

Confirmed
Bug description:
When installing a Z System with 17.04 (Zesty) two dialogues related to
swap file size are presented. The second seems redundant and although
it asks for a maximum percentage of free space to be entered, there is
no input field. Please see the attached screen shots.
