better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears
to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu version 16.04.1 LTS, and today I encountered the
  following situation: each time taking any action on the terminal left
  me repeatedly that the "libesets_pac.so" file "/ etc / ld object
  .so.preload "could not pre-load and ignored. As the file
  "ld.so.preload" belongs to "util-linux" package, to solve the problem
  (thought the package could be installed wrong) I proceeded to
  uninstall and then later I reinstall it again. And it was in that
  process that I could not complete (I had to run the command "sudo apt-
  get -f install"), when I found this bug in systemd.
