[Bug 1574352] [NEW] Failed during clean installation of ubuntu 16.04 when trying to install the bootloader

Error message appears saying installation failed because it couldn't
install the bootloader on /dev/sda (I was installing ubuntu on /dev/sdb)

Offers the option to try a different disk, continue without bootloader,
or cancel installation.
