Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  I just updated Ubuntu and restarted as I was told. I went back to the
  update manager (v. 1:0.134.11) because I wanted to do a distribution
  update (I am using 10.04) but the update manager only said "Software
  updates are available for this computer". No updates appear on the
  list. There is also no option for a distribution update. The Download
  size says "3.0 MB" and under it says "4 Selected" even though there
  are no updates. I clicked on Check and it still says the same thing.
