[Bug 1289988] [NEW] add support for Discoverable Partitions Spec

With the announced migration to systemd it might make sense to start
supporting it's features early. Especially when it comes to such a long-
term items as disk partitions.

The spec
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/DiscoverablePartitionsSpec/
describes discoverable partitions. Would be good if ubiquity both put
appropriate GUIDs on partitions and use them as hints during manual
partitioning.
