  * build/config/common: Add a note about which other packages need to be
    kept in sync with release name changes.
  * build/config/ppc64el.cfg: Set the GRUB prefix to ()/boot/grub rather
    than (ieee1275/cdrom)/boot/grub, since not all systems have an
    ieee1275/cdrom devalias (LP: #1334649).

Bug description:
  Some systems refuse to boot our ppc64el CD images, dropping to a GRUB
  prompt.  This is because I set the GRUB prefix in d-i to
  (ieee1275/cdrom)/boot/grub to work around a different failure, but not
  all systems have the ieee1275/cdrom devalias.  Setting ()/boot/grub
  instead works on the system where I originally had this problem, and
  should fix the other hardware in question too.
