The preseed used in the installation is:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~nuclearbob/ubuntu-test-cases/bootspeed-server-workaround/view/head:/preseed.cfg

And just for information, hitting 'Continue' on the warning dialog made
the installation continue and complete.

  I'm installing Utopic to bare-metal via cobbler. In the
  /var/log/syslog I see:

  "errors were encountered while processing: ifupdown procps"
