Public bug reported:
When installing ubuntu 13.10 using usb stick with iso file, iso-scan
automatically select ubuntu desktop iso file by default. The error can
not be recovered by 'goto previous step'. Just report some file not
found.
To reproduce the problem:
1. make a usb stick using method two from https://help.ubuntu.com/13.10/installation-guide/amd64/ch04s03.html
2. copy both ubuntu server and ubuntu desktop iso
3. install ubuntu server
