  In previous Ubuntu versions (for example in 12.04) I was able to select
  system theme - at least between Radiance and Ambiance in gnome-control-
  center on Appearance tab.
  
- In developing Ubuntu 14.04 I unable to change the theme.

+ FlashBack session (Compiz and Metacity). On these sessions there is
