  remove 'When starting up from this disk...' section

Status in “usb-creator” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  To make the usb-creator experience more pleasant and strait froward it
  would be good if the 'When starting up from this disk...' section
  would be dropped and replaced by a good default.

  My personal experience is that the 'Stored in reserved extra space'
  option doesn't always work, so I would like to suggest to make
  'Discarded on shutdown...' the default.
