[Bug 1244966] [NEW] remove 'When starting up from this disk...' section

Public bug reported:

To make the usb-creator experience more pleasant and strait froward it
would be good if the 'When starting up from this disk...' section would
be dropped and replaced by a good default.

My personal experience is that the 'Stored in reserved extra space'
option doesn't always work, so I would like to suggest to make
'Discarded on shutdown...' the default.
