Public bug reported:
Try to edit a text file about 200MB in size, e.g. an sql, in my case a sql database dump.
Vim becomes unusably slow to respond to keyboard and mouse input, or at least to mousewheel scrolling.
Response time of the editor should not depend on the total size of the
file being edited, be it 200MB or 20GB.
