Binary package hint: util-linux
Sometimes when I plug a flash disk, gnome cannot mount it. After when I go to terminal and run fdisk -l, always something like this happened:

Probably you selected the wrong device.

But after restart Linux, everything was OK.
PS1: Flash disk is OK and it has vfat partition table.
PS2: It happened after upgrading to Intrepid.
