What is native libc6 for you? I run a AMD64 system.

libc6-bin does not put anything in /lib64. As I said, installing this
library made the system usable again.

Bug description:
  I just did apt-get autoremove on my trusty system and it removed some
  libc packages. I thought they were some old versions and trusted
  autoremove, but now my system is completely broken...
