Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed
in a more recent version of Ubuntu - Oneiric (11.10) or later.

If you need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do
steps 1 and 2 of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a
developer's attention. Note that Lucid support ended on May 9 for
desktop, so this would need to be accepted as an SRU for servers.

Title:
  Error in mq_send(3) man page

Status in “manpages” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: manpages-dev

In the ERRORS section of mq_send(3) man page one can fine the
  following:

"EAGAIN The queue was empty, and the O_NONBLOCK flag was set for the
message queue description referred to by mqdes."

This is obviously wrong as the error should happen when the sending on a full queue.
The man page of mq_send(3posix) reports the right description:

"EAGAIN The O_NONBLOCK flag is set in the message queue description
associated with mqdes, and the specified message queue is full."

Found in the following release of Ubuntu:
  Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
  Release: 10.04
