  Restarting to update, Shutdown option

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  After updating using Software updater in ubuntu 13.04, Restarting to
  complete update shows the new shutdown option "Restart/Shutdown"
  Dialog.

  whats expected is that it should show a warning to save data before
  restart and not the shutdown dialog.
