  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem
  regarding ubuntu-release-upgrader.  This problem was most recently seen
  with version 1:0.190.7, the problem page at

  contains more details.
  
  Impact:
- Users of Ubuntu 12.10 are unable to upgrade to Ubuntu 13.04 unless they manually install libgksu2-0 (or a package that depends on it).
+ Users of Ubuntu 12.10 (and 13.04) are unable to upgrade to Ubuntu 13.04 (or 13.10) unless they manually install libgksu2-0 (or a package that depends on it).
  
  Test Case:
- 1) Install Ubuntu 12.10
- 2) Run /usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/check-new-release-gtk
+ 1) Install Ubuntu 12.10 (or 13.04)
+ 2) Run /usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/check-new-release-gtk (with -d for 13.04)
  3) Click upgrade now
  4) Observe a crash
  
  With the version of ubuntu-release-upgrader from -proposed it will not
  crash
  
  Regression Potential:
  None as we are just readding a removed dependency for ubuntu-release-upgrader.
