+ Users of Ubuntu 12.10 are unable to upgrade to Ubuntu 13.04 unless they manually install libgksu2-0 (or a package that depends on it).

+ 1) Install Ubuntu 12.10
+ 2) Run /usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/check-new-release-gtk
+ 3) Click upgrade now
+ 4) Observe a crash

+ With the version of ubuntu-release-upgrader from -proposed it will not
