you should leave at New if you want the FFe to be processed.

As mentioned on IRC, but to be complete on the bug, I have reservations
about this. I think it would be adding more complexity and risk to the
installer and QA (as it would have to be manually tested), that's not
worth it at this stage of the cycle.

I won't nack though, in case somebody else thinks this is fine. I
abstain.
