Public bug reported:

the message it had at the bottom of the installer was "Creating ext4
file system for / in partition #1 of SCSI3 (0,0,0) (sda)..."

and the message in the popup box said to use this weblink to submit a
new bug report (not add to old one), and attach /var/log/syslog and
/var/log/partman, but i couldnt attach both files, so i cat'd them onto
a single file and attached that.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
