** Description changed:

- I boot from /dev/sda which contains win7, hp recovery, etc. My raid 5
- is on /dev/sdb, /dev/sdc and /dev/sdf and is mounted as /media/data.
- During the boot process Ubuntu halts with the message that there is no
- /media/data and I normally press "S" to skip waiting. Then I need to
- mount the disk either with a mount command in a terminal winds or the
- Disk Utility. It would be great if grub could start and mount my raid 5.
