** Description changed:

  update-manager hangs trying to install downloaded packages. I can't
  install or uninstall anything.
  
- I tried: sudo dpkg --configure -a
- And get this:

- Настраивается пакет man-db (2.6.3-1) ...
- debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process: Ресурс временно недоступен
- dpkg: error processing man-db (--configure):
-  подпроцесс установлен сценарий post-installation возвратил код ошибки 1
- При обработке следующих пакетов произошли ошибки:
-  man-db
+ Ok, I found the reason why it hangs... When installing new updated
+ packages with update-manager a configuration of keyboard-configuration
+ package comes out in a terminal asking questions.
+ 
+ Workaround is simple:
+ 
+ sudo apt-get upgrade
+ 
+ from the terminal and setting up the keyboard-configuration.
+ 
+ But it is still an issue, especially for the average user.

  update-manager hangs trying to install downloaded packages. I can't
  install or uninstall anything.

  Ok, I found the reason why it hangs... When installing new updated
  packages with update-manager a configuration of keyboard-configuration
  package comes out in a terminal asking questions.

  Workaround is simple:

  sudo apt-get upgrade

  from the terminal and setting up the keyboard-configuration.

  But it is still an issue, especially for the average user.
