Bug description:
  Upgrading my former primary system (Lubuntu 11.10) to 12.04 -
  primarily to test the upgrade process, but also to give me a backup
  system.

  The upgrade process detected a problem installing the language
  selector.  I don't use languages other than U.S. English, but I do use
  the Dvorak keyboard layout.
