Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 8.04 reached EOL on May 12, 2011.

I've tried recreating this bug with Ubuntu 12.04 and was unable to,
given the information you've provided. Please upgrade to the latest
version and re-test. If the bug is still reproducible, increase the
verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again.

Bug description:
  As per the attachment, When upgrading kubuntu to 8.04 it states:
  "Upgrading Kubuntu to version 8.04 LTS" which is incorrect it should
  read "Upgrading Kubuntu to version 8.04"
