upgrades, where software was installed that was not downloaded from the
official repositories.

Bug description:
  After the installation has finished (seemingly successfully), ubiquity
  asked whether to restart now or continue testing the live system.
  After choosing to continue testing, the dialog froze and ubiquity
  crashed.
