[Bug 1003074] [NEW] Unable to adapt correct resolution with LG L1919S

Public bug reported:

I encountered this issue since natty. After every clean instalation of
the os monitor(L1919S) says "screen out of range". in conclution
Plymouth and grub are affected.

Simple workaround is changing res with startupmanager package.
