Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 11.10... I chose a keyboard, chose time zone, chose to reformat
hard drive, this took some time.
The jnstaller failed and alerted me that I had not chosen a user and a
password.
Am I supposed to sit on the installer until it hatches.
Please make it a little smarter.
