You seem to have run out of memory during the upgrade process. Could
you attempt the upgrade again with less applications running as that
will free system memory?

Title:
Upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04 LTS failed
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
During upgrade to 12.04 LTS, I got the error message 100 and was
requested to post this error to Launchpad.
My system is an Acer Aspire Revo R3700 Nettop. Ubuntu 11.10 was
running without problems.
I tried a partial upgrade but get the message that updating from
"precise" to "oneiric" is not supported by the update manager.
Thanks for any help to upgrade Ubuntu.
Best
Karl
