After reading ticket # 889814, it mentions problems attributed to memory
allocation errors, I'd just like to point out the settings I have set
for this VM.
Currently:
50gb Drive space
4 gigs RAM
2 Processor Cores
Running inside VMWare 4 on Mac OSx 10.7.3 with 8 gigs system RAM and over 300 gigs free disc space.

Title:
Commodore OS Vision fails installation into VMware on Mac OSX 10.7.3
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Tried a few different ways, changed default SCSI disk to IDE, used
30gig, 40gig, and 50gig allocations for HD. Installing from Beta 6
ISOs local to the Mac. Installer appears to do everything ok, and
goes through all interactive setup dialog fine, only crashes as it
attempts to close out the VM session for reboot. After going to the
"recovery" login after it crashes, it won't reboot/shutdown normally
either. This reboot/shutdown bug also shows up when booting from the
ISO in LiveCD mode.
