[Bug 538951] Re: Reword "restart computer" text

There is no opinion here. It is not me who "needs" to restart the
computer, but rather the computer that needs to be restarted.

Furthermore, there is nothing objectionable about passive voice. As it
is, the text reads like it was thrown in with no concern for its
relevancy with the intention of having it replaced by a UI engineer
later. However, the UI engineer never showed up.

Title:
  Reword "restart computer" text

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

At the end of the Ubuntu 9.10 installation, the following text appears on the screen:
"You need to restart the computer."

  It should be changed to:
"The computer needs to be restarted."

Passive voice is considered much more polite. Furthermore, it does not
necessarily have to be the person reading the text who must perform
  the restart operation.
