These changes look quite fine. They only show the changes in .35, but
not the ones in .33 and .34, though.

Either way, this is very low risk and desirable, so approved.

Bug description:
  The 3.35 manpages were updated in Debian in December, and contain
  various updates, including current information on process
  capabilities. Given this is an LTS, I think this information should be
  as up to date as possible.
