Without any way to reproduce the crash and without any backtrace of the
crash, this bug cannot be fixed. Marking it as incomplete.

  installer crashed

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I was installing after reformatting the drive and this was my second
  attempt and the installer crashed this time I am reporting it.  Right
  now I can not pullup the control terminal.  how do I pull up VT2
  without a launcher present?
