  Installer crashed with OSError: [Errno 17] File exists when taking a
  photo for login screen.

Bug description:
  The system was already partitioned (Ubuntu 11.04 was installed before, and update to Oneiric failed).
  I didn't choose to format the file system containing / as I want to keep as much data as I can.
  As said in title, the crash occurred while taking the photo with embedded webcam.
