Public bug reported:
Many users don't use wireless link.
Moreover, many organisations will never use wireless link.
I think it would increase the quality of Ubuntu if the system admin
would be able to uninstall rfkill.
I suggest to change the ubuntu-desktop dependency to rfkill from
'depends' to 'recommends'.
