The problem is that when you open the partition that should be root, the
root '/' is already selected in combobox, which gives an impression that
it is configured properly

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When creating partitions manually Ubuntu complains about no root
  partition defined, but root partition name is shown in combobox when
  opening partition properties. To work, it should be selected
  explicitly.
