As installed by default perl5 in Ubuntu 12.04 is missing IniFile.pm, so
it needs to be extra downloaded by command (follow instructions):

perl -MCPAN -e 'install Config::IniFiles'

and copied from usr/local/... location into
/usr/share/perl/5.x.x/Config
