  Windows 7 detected by os-prober, but not by GRUB2

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Dual-boot WIndows7 / Ubuntu.  HP ProBook 4330s.

  After upgrading from 11.04 to 11.10:
  - the GRUB menu did not display the Windows7 entry any more.

  - os-prober returns: 
  /dev/sda1:Windows Recovery Environment (loader):Windows:chain

  - update-grub returns:
  Generating grub.cfg ...
  Found background image: TranscodedWallpaper.jpg
  Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-3.0.0-16-generic
  Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-3.0.0-16-generic
  Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.38-8-generic
  Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-2.6.38-8-generic
