Title:
update-manager crashed with SIGABRT in raise()

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Description:	Ubuntu precise (development branch)
  Release:	12.04

Wanted to perform update but there was only partial upgrade available, so I did that but the program crashed.
I can repeat the crash by doing "right click" on "Ubuntu software center" and choosing "update manager" .. I can see 14 updates available but a window that says "Not all updates can be installed, blablablabla is blocking the update. I can choose "partial upgrade or close" If I choose "partial upgrade" the program crashes. If I choose "close" the obvious happens, it closes.
