  11.10 upgrade to 12.04 beta FAIL

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hi Guys:
  I tried to upgrade to 12.04 yesterday, and follow the steps in ubuntu.com.
  but, unluck, fail every times.
  I can't even run update-manager -d :(
  I am a chinese local user.

  I don't know if is a bug or something, I tried to change the local
  sever from hongkong to united stats, then to main server, issue keep
  happening.

  can you guys help?
