This looks like a duplicate of bug 1024204, which has been fixed in a
newer version of the package.  Hopefully the upgrade will work for you,
when version 3.2.3-4 or newer reaches your mirror (I guess; I think most
have it by now).  At worst, you may have to download and install those
packages manually, like this, say:

  cd /tmp
  sudo apt-get download python3
  sudo dpkg -i python3*.deb

Some people reported they had to do such a workaround.  Thanks.
