*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 989279 ***

I don't see why it isn't a duplicate; the logs show an identical crash
in user-setup-encrypted-swap.
** This bug is no longer a duplicate of bug 991139
installation failed in user-setup-encrypted-swap with encrypted home and no swap: cannot stat `/etc/crypttab' : No such file or directory
** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 989279
Ubiquity fails to create encrypted home directory when no swap if configured
