[Bug 924583] [NEW] iscsi install initiator name

Public bug reported:

When installing using an iscsi disk, the initiator name changes between
install and postinstall.

When installing, the open-iscsi package gets extracted and sets up /etc/iscsi/initiatorname.iscsi as
InitiatorName=iqn.1993-08.org.debian:01:3271f5491f86

is used to login to the iscsi target, so during install you must have
that name in the allowed list.

After install, and you reboot, it uses a different name:
InitiatorName=iqn.1993-08.org.debian:01:9d338319d9b4

It would be benifitial and less admin overhead if the name was created,
and used in all steps.

This should also be atleast printed, like on the iscsi screen where it
asks for the iscsi target to connect to, so that the admin knows the
name, and doesn't have to login to a different virtual console and run
iscsi-iname to find out what it's using, then flip back over.

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
