[Bug 924570] [NEW] Rename (alias) ppa-purge to fit apt counterpart

Public bug reported:

Apt cmd names are strange -> 'apt-add-repository' and 'ppa-purge'.
Better would be -> 'apt-add-repository' and 'apt-purge-repository'

My suggestion is to create when installing 'ppa-purge' by default an
alias from 'ppa-purge' to 'apt-purge-repository' to increase the
structure logic of Ubuntu. Installing and uninstalling ppa's should be
done using a similar syntax.

** Affects: aptitude (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
