  'Updates avaible' is still remaining after terminal-update

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  From the system menu, the link "updates avaible" is still remaining
  after the system has been updated.

  Expected result:
  The link might changes in "System is up-to-date"

  Actually result:
  The link shows "Updates avaible"

  Please note that UPDATE HAS BEEN COMPLETED WITH TERMINAL
  using "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade"
